Q: What is the Mystery Box package?
You can pre-purchase 1 Mystery Box to pick up at the event on a first-come, first-served basis. Any leftover boxes will only be available on-site. Please note: We are not shipping any pre-purchased boxes.
Each Mystery Box contains:
- A wristband (shipped to your address prior to the event)
- One cosmetic blem Pro-Tech knife (random selection) with a value between $200–$2,000
Q: What time is the event?
- VIP Admission: 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM
- Mystery Box & General Admission: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Food service: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Q: How busy is parking?
Parking is first-come, first-served and spaces are limited. Please be mindful of others and consider carpooling or ride-sharing if possible. Parking is free!
Q: What airport and hotels do you recommend?
Airport: We recommend flying into SNA (John Wayne Airport) — it’s a short drive with less traffic.

Q: What payments are accepted at the event?
Cash (we LOVE cash!), Credit and debit cards. We do not accept PayPal or Venmo.
Q: Are kids allowed?
Yes! This is a family-friendly event. Kids under 14 years old attend free of charge. Bounce houses and activities will be available.
Q: Can you sharpen or service my knife at the event?
Our warranty covers lifetime sharpening and service. However, staff will be stretched thin during the event, so we cannot accept warranties on-site. Please contact us after the event for any sharpening or service needs.
Q: Can you ship my knife?
No. This event is a great opportunity to expand your collection or pick up holiday gifts, but we cannot ship any Pro-Tech knives and are not responsible for how you use or gift them afterward.
Q: What is the “Pro-Tech Enthusiant Trading Corner”?
Have an epic collection you want to show off? Or want to trade your mystery knife with someone else? The Pro-Tech Enthusiant Trading Corner is a space for collectors to display their collections and conduct trades. Hosted by Shawn Ashmore. (Pro-Tech products only.)
